Gift Memberships

A membership at any level demonstrates your commitment to progress in the arts. When you give to Atlantic Center, you are supporting the artists of our time. Share this commitment. Honor the special people in your life by introducing them to Atlantic Center and Harris House with a gift membership.

By becoming a member, you help us continue to provide an environment that nurtures the artists of tomorrow, celebrates the achievements of today's masters and guides us all through the challenges of the creative process.

Le Salon

The idea behind Le Salon is based on les salons litteraires, which took place in France at the beginning of the 20th century - friends who gathered informally on a regular basis to converse on a myriad of interesting topics. This is the essence of what we try to achieve with Le Salon, a group of people who meet regularly, once a month in someone's home, to spend an evening of intellectually stimulating conversation.

When artists are in residence, we invite the Master Artists as our honored guests. The remainder of the programs feature partnerships with cultural organizations in Central Florida, such as Orlando Opera, Orlando Ballet, Negro Spiritual Scholarship Foundation, Enzian Theater, among others. One program a year highlights the Associate Artists, Atlantic Center's raison d'etre.

Art Angels

Atlantic Center for the Arts at Harris House is making a difference in our community every day. The artwork of children who so enthusiastically participate in Children's Art Programs surrounds us through public Artscene projects. Hundreds of adults enroll in hands-on workshops, attend the Fall/Spring Artists' Lecture Series, and tour ACA and Harris House galleries. Schools and youth centers benefit from outreach programs, which provide direct contact with students and professional artists. Organizations throughout Central Florida share their resources, creating powerful partnerships that positively impact community members. All of these projects are testimonials to the myriad of ways that Atlantic Center at Harris House strives to provide educational, entertaining experiences for everyone.

Planned Giving

"There are no shortcuts to any place worth going."

-Beverly Sills

Atlantic Center for the Arts has grown and prospered thanks to our many volunteers and donors. Gifts of time, monetary contributions and items donated for the annual auction have been the three most significant ways members and friends have contributed to ACA's financial stability. However, did you know that one of the simplest, and most painless ways to ensure ACA's future is to put Atlantic Center in your Will? Your gift can consist of cash, real estate, personal property, or securities.

By including Atlantic Center for the Arts in your estate plans, you demonstrate your commitment to nurturing talented artists. Through your foresight and generosity, you play a key role in establishing a solid foundation for Atlantic Center and ensuring its future growth. Your gift can be used to support a range of projects or can be designated for a specific program or purpose -- from the artists-in-residence program to children's scholarships to bricks and mortar to community programs. Bequests of all sizes, and other planned gifts, sustain and strengthen all that is distinctive about ACA, and help guarantee its continued vitality for years to come. Your gift supports the artists today who work to create the paintings, plays, books and music that will become our cultural legacy.

When you make a charitable gift to Atlantic Center, you can enjoy some important tax savings. Some of the ways you can help ACA, while relishing some tangible economic benefits include: Cash Gifts, Gifts of Appreciated Assets, Bequests, Life Income Gifts, Life Insurance Gifts, Retirement Plan Gifts, and Life Estate Contracts.
