Frederick “Fico” Fernandez Blue Flower Arts Winter Writers’ Conference Memorial Scholarship
 This scholarship has been established by Atlantic Center for the Arts and the community to honor local resident and educator Frederick “Fico” Fernandez. The Scholarship will be given to one Volusia County resident to attend the annual Blue Flower Arts Winter Writers’ Conference as on off-site participant. The scholarship's first recipient will be Fico's wife, Debra Fernandez, who will attend the 2012 Conference this coming January.
To perpetuate the scholarship, we are asking donors to commit to five years of either $10, $25, or $50 to be charged by credit card now, and on every January 1 for the next four years beginning January 1, 2013. Please join us in honoring Frederick “Fico” Fernandez and his accomplishments in life, education, and family. Thank you.
